چکیده
In 2006, the European Commission banned use of antibiotic promoters in animal feed. However, there is a new situation poultry disease where it necessary to study feed additives, which can overcome diseases that were previously controlled through addition antibiotics and antimicrobial growth Therefore, trehalose was investigated determine whether impacts performance pathogenic bacteria (C. jejuni C. perfringens) inoculation broilers. first experiment, tolerance broilers their investigated. There no significant difference (p > 0.05) body weight changes, daily gain, intake or conversion ratio during feeding period. Within 35-day period, concluded dosage up 10% does not exert negative effect on broiler farming. Moreover, broilers’ performance, as well perfringens counts intestines feces observed over 5-week Lactobacillus significantly increased these groups with 3% 5% supplementation. The findings indicate supplementation cannot directly decrease but may enhance gut health by raising chicken gut, particularly when enteropathogenic are present.

Isolation, identification, and antimicrobial susceptibility of Clostridium perfringens isolates from acute necrotic enteritis of broiler chickens
The aim of this study was to isolate, identify and determine the antimicrobial susceptibility of Clostridium perfringens (CP) isolates from acute necrotic enteritis of broiler chickens. All broiler carcasses diagnosed as necrotic enteritis (NE) were sampled, subjected to microbial tests and 40 isolates were identified according to standard procedures. The antimicrobial susceptibility of CP isol...

Clostridium perfringens is an important cause of bacterial food poisoning worldwide. The disease is caused by C. perfringens enterotoxin (CPE) encoded by cpe gene. The aim of this research was to identify the different types of C. perfringens and the presence of cpe gene in isolated bacteria from broilers’ meat marketed in retail meat shops of Mashha...
متن کاملAntimicrobial susceptibility of Clostridium perfringens strains isolated from broiler chickens
Clostridium perfringens is a normal inhabitant of the intestinal tract of chickens as well as a potential pathogen that causes necrotic enteritis and colangio hepatitis. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of seven different compounds used for therapy, growth promotion or prevention of coccidiosis was determined by agar dilution method for 55 C. perfringens strains isolated from the inte...
متن کاملDetection of cytolethal distending toxin (cdt) Genes in Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli isolated from the intestinal of commercial broiler chickens, turkey and quail of Iran
Background: Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli are zoonotic bacteria which are frequently associated with human diarrhea. Sharing of the cytolethal distending toxin (cdt) genes in Campylobacter is common and is considered species specific. OBJECTIVES: In this study we focused on detecting the presence of cdt gene in C. jejuni and C. coli isolated from broilers, turkeys and quails of Ir...
متن کاملTherapeutic supplementation of caprylic acid in feed reduces Campylobacter jejuni colonization in broiler chicks.
Poultry colonized with Campylobacter species are a significant source of human food-borne illness. The therapeutic use of the medium chain fatty acid caprylic acid consistently reduced enteric C. jejuni colonization in chicks by 3 to 4 logs in three separate trials. These results support caprylic acid's potential to reduce Campylobacter carriage in poultry.
